Return and Refund Policy

Jake Yard challenges are digital products delivered by email.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@jakeyard.com from the email used at checkout. You do not need to provide a reason.

If access or delivery fails because of a technical issue on my end, contact me and I will help resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, you will receive a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Any purchase credit created by a refunded purchase will be removed automatically.

After 14 days, purchases are generally final, except where applicable law gives you additional rights.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
